As a UX professional, Rob must convince stakeholders of the importance of UX work, but most importantly, he must communicate information to influence the best design solution possible.
Rob has experience communicating with executive stakeholders, product teams, and customers alike. He has created executive summaries, report briefings, and has made presentations to these audiences. He believes that, when possible, to use research data to inform decisions. The result is that Rob has used his reporting to affect change, both in company culture but important design decisions.
