  • Google Material Design Guidelines [2014] – We challenged ourselves to create a visual language for our users that synthesizes the classic principles of good design with the innovation and possibility of technology and science. This is material design. This spec is a living document that will be updated as we continue to develop the tenets and specifics of material design.
  • Understanding Customer Experience [HBR – Feb, 2007] – Customer experience encompasses every aspect of a company’s offering – the quality of customer care, of course, but also advertising, packaging, product and service features, ease of use, and reliability. Yet few of the people responsible for those things have given sustained thought to how their separate decisions shape customer experience. To the extent they do think about it, they all have different ideas of what customer experience means, and no one more senior oversees everyone’s efforts.

  • An exploration in Material Design by feedly [Medium – Feb 04, 2015] – This exploration’s main goal was to create a new version of feedly, fully enhanced with Google’s Material Design to give our team a design direction for future releases. In the coming months we will be taking some ideas from it and implementing them in our new app.
